Very knowledgeable and helpful they understand from a father's perspective

this is probably one of the worst decisions i’ve ever made in hiring an attorney. wow did they ever messed up my case. they filed and submitted the wrong paperwork to the court and it got rejected. i supposedly hired an attorney but the people handling my case where paralegals. i paid my 5000.00 retainer to start the process for trying to get custody of my son. so when i blew up for the mistake that they did they tried to blame me for the mistake. and they terminated my case for calling them out on it. and they had the audacity to charged me over 2500.00 for just some paperwork that was rejected by the court. what human would do something like that to a single father going through a very difficult process. my ex wife is going through chemo. i’m trying to get my son so he wouldn’t have to see that. we have joint custody. but this law firm messed up the whole process. now this company is sitting back with my 2500.00 they stole from me smiling. they supposedly help single fathers out in tough circumstances. they have no heart and soul. they just want to take people’s money. like they did me. i believe in karma. what goes around comes back around twice as hard. don’t ever hire this cold company. shannon is a monster and very unprofessional person. Stay away from reel fathers law firm yes bunch of idiots, i emailed like you said and no response. scammers and thieves u guys stole 2500.00 from me for doing absolutely nothing

It’s been 2 months since I paid my $5000 retainer still have not had any paperwork filed in the courts but the invoices keep coming. I can’t say I would recommend them if you were looking for things to happen quickly Or to even hear back from your team in a timely fashion. I have paid $10,417.50 and we have not even seen a courtroom or have they filed paperwork yet. Just very disappointed with this Firm service and feel that they have taken advantage of me in a desperate situation. From day one they were asking me to write reviews online about how well their services are. I could be wrong, but it’s my belief that is usually done after you have received service from somebody not before. How would I know what your service is like if I have not received it. At times, it feels like I receive more messages from them, wanting to know about their quality of service than calls telling me progress or results. Be careful
