Nov 2023, I chose to take leave after a long military deployment. Unfortunately, my leave was disrupted by a driver who chose to drink, drive and rear ended my family and I. As I was sitting in the hospital waiting room waiting for my mother and daughter to be seen I knew we needed someone to represent us. I deep dive into the internet reading reviews on several local attorneys. I soon found Marc. All the reviews seemed genuine. I sent him and several others that passed my screening. First thing the following morning I had a message from his office offering an appointment as soon as the same day. He showed patience, compassion and understanding. There was no doubt in my mind that he was my guy. Soon after I went on deployment and he worked with me even through the difficulties of having to find me medical attention out of state and sometimes having no comms with me. At the time of settling with the insurance company, I have no doubt that he was aggressively fighting for us. I don’t think that we would have had the outcome we had had it been another attorney. If you need an attorney who cares and is willing to go above and beyond to look out for your best interest don’t waste your time with anyone else. Marc is your guy!

I'm not sure if Eric even knows this but I contacted him based on a referral from a friend after not one but two other attorneys told me that I had no case. I will admit that the matter I had was quite complex and involved multiple defendants. They likely did not want to be bothered with the work that was involved. However, Eric reviewed the information and told me that I not only had a case but that it was a very strong case. Throughout the process he was very honest, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. The case ended up settling for far, far more than I ever imagined it could.
