Xenia was an amazing lawyer, I totally recommend This law firm.

she was my former attorney, and I fired her after acted against my will three time on the same issue. I have serious reservations about her competence and ethical conduct: 1. She ignored and acted against my will not once, not twice, but three times on the same issue. I didn’t feel like I was respected at all. She failed to communicate her strategy and get my consent, which I think is to the purpose of maximizing her billing hours. 2. Her oversight delayed my case for a month. I told her the other party’s translation was not done by a court-certified translator twice, one time via phone, one time via email. she just ignored it. When the judge asked her if she knew that, she said she didn’t. I don’t know if she perjured herself or she didn’t remember. The result is that I had to wait a month for the other party to get the translation done by court-certified translator. 3. I believe Ms. Eyre knew the court wouldn't grant spousal support and attorney's fee while the jurisdiction hasn't been determined, the best option for me was to continue the hearing until the jurisdiction is determined. But instead she deliberately found a case law that’s obviously irrelevant to jurisdiction and pretended that I had a chance so that she could argue in court to maximize her billing hours. In re Marriage of Knox, 83 Cal.App.5th 15 (2022), the case law she used, has no bearing on jurisdiction. I think this action resulted in a Breach of Duty. If she argues that that’s not her intention, then she is incompetent to see that the case law had no bearing on jurisdiction. I consulted multiple lawyers, they all told me every lawyer knows the court wouldn't grant any financial relief while the jurisdiction hasn't been determined, this is taught in the first year of law school I felt deeply wronged upon learning this. I knew lawyers could be greedy, but I thought she'd go easy on me because I told her I couldn’t get a job due to my immigrant status and had taken a loan to fund the lawsuit. I strongly advise against considering her for your legal needs.

Not only did Rejeanne Eyre save both my and my child's life, but she aided in the delivery of us getting us a clean slate to start life over free from worry, torment and abuse. Upon meeting Rejeanne, she instantly sprung into action helping me coordinate a 1 yr TRO and the ability to legally (and safely) flee the state from domestic violence with a toddler, resulting in securing sole custody. Throughout this 4yr long battle, she has shown her dedication and commitment ten fold in our case. She has always made herself available, has gone above and beyond in making sure my minor child was heard when no one was listening to him state the violence and law enforcement he had been subjected to while in fathers care. The other party however has not made this easy on Rejeanne or on her team, still, her and her paralegal Brandi work tirelessly to help us achieve and shine light on the truths of our case, to counter the other parties lies, slander, intimidation and manipulation of court fillings. Brandi, as Rejanne's paralegal, has swiftly and quickly assisted in emergency request orders, found to be successful in this case. I have never felt so confident and secure in the care that Rejeanne has attributed to us, and I will forever be grateful for the gift of freedom she's blessed us with. No matter what the cost, I would work myself to the bone day in & day out for the rest of my life to ensure I have her and her team in my corner helping defend me and keep a hold on all that we have overcome. My minor child has now been able to be enrolled in play therapy, as well as I in intensive trauma therapy, and I rest assured that one day we will fully recover and thrive in this life as the beautiful survivors that we are. Throughout it all, I know it would have never been possible without the expertise of Ms Rejeanne Eyre. Thank you Rejeanne, for giving me my life back so I can give my child the life he deserves and properly teach him just what it takes, to be a good human.

Rejeanne has been nothing short or a blessing she helped me though a very tough time during a living relocation. She is extremely knowledgeable and realistic with each circumstance. Thank you so much! I pray to never have any issues again but if I do, I’d call Rejeanne again!

Rejeanne is so great with communication and was so easy to create the attorney and client bond, which lead to much needed relief in years of waiting(with a prior attorney) in a court victory of physical custody! The first time I ever stepped foot into Holstrom, Block, and Parke I was amazed. The office is very nice and professional, and every employee is pleasant and professional. She is very honest and will give you advice even if it’s not what you want to hear at the time. She is very tactical and strategic with her litigation, and knows opposing counsels tactics as well. She is assertive in the courtroom and quite a pistol, yet handles arguments with such grace. She took my case on knowing that I had been done wrong in the past by prior attorneys, and was more than ready to fight for me and my son. She was simply a godsend and was able to successfully get me 100% of what I was fighting for.

If you find yourself in family court, you have already lost. However, if you do find yourself in that situation. I strongly recommend retaining the services of Samantha McBride. She will ask the right questions, do the research and work to position your case in the most effective way in court. Samantha McBride truly listens when other attorneys just goes through the motions. There is no doubt in my mind, she was the reason for the positive outcome in my case. Thank you for all of your help, Sam.

at first I was a little worried about my case and the outcome...however thanks to my attorney; Jeremy Roark, I was really happy with my results and the support his lawfirm was able to provide to me. they were able to help me from getting ready for the mediation all the way to showing up in court and doing an excellent job representing me. ultimately the judge ruled in our favor and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome thank you to everyone at holstrom, block and parke for all the hard work you all did.
