I was looking for a new family law attorney for my child custody case and happened to meet a very nice guy in the court house who said you should look into my attorney, she's awesome. I thought what a great opportunity, so I got all of her information and was happy from the initial consultation with Rejeanne. She represented me and my children in a very professional, honest and concerned way. She expressed in court the reality of all situations and what truly was best for our children. Which resulted in us gaining more than we came in for. She was pleasant to work with and I felt always so comfortable meeting with her. In this desert it's hard to find a good, loyal and smart attorney as I've not had great success in the past with other local attorneys. So it was so nice to trust the person who once again was taking my life into her hands. My life is my children and when someone is representing you for them, you realize how much you begin to trust what they will present in court and she did just that. I just wanted to express personally my gratitude and appreciation towards my family law attorney.

We hired Rejeanne to help us in an a highly contested family matter. Rejeanne has gone out of her way to research all alternatives in our case and has helped navigate us through some strenuous circumstances. Based on her interaction with me I found her to be truthful and knowledgeable. Rejeanne would listen to my input and apply it to my case. Her staff was very attentive to my inquires and kept me inform as the divorce progressed. However this case has gone on far to long. Filed in December of 2011 and still have no resolution. This was not really a complicated case it was the respondents attorney who in my opinion was not very knowledgeable which prolonged this case. Hopefully soon I will see the light at the end of the tunnel in a favorable resolution. In preparing her written closing argument she touched on all subjects and was precise in referencing case law

I had a bad divorce agreement with my ex-spouse that she was not living up to but was actually trying to make worse for me in terms of time with my kids and finances. Dayn gave me a frank assessment of my situation, which was very difficult due to my bad decision to sign the earlier agreement. He and his team laid out a plan and tried to negotiate a fair settlement with the opposing side. They would not agree to a fair agreement and we had to go to court. I retained Ms. Eyre roughly nine months ago. I became aware of her via the referral of a prominent Coachella Valley law firm. She has been great to work with and has exceeded expectations--we have accomplished all of the objectives for which I sought her services.
