I hate combing through reviews that don’t give you the why. I hope you’ll find this one different. So here’s why you should hire Samantha McBride. She’s a living filing cabinet full of updated knowledge on the present law, tax codes, and legal rights that the average person most likely has no clue about. Simply put, as an overwhelmed father attempting to gain fair representation in a child custody case I couldn’t have picked a better team to represent me than Sam and Kristen Holstrom’s team at HB&P. Sam “dumbed” down the legal “babble” to a level I could understand and at the same time never made me feel inferior. I always left our consultations and phone calls satifsfied and with my questions and concerns resolved. She talks to you patiently and respectfully in a nonjudgmental manner. She is very thourough and methodical making sure you understand every aspect of your case, California law, and variable options available to you. She got me results sooner and better than I ever would’ve thought. I can’t recommend a better law firm than Sam and HBP. I am, a very satisfied customer highly recommending her. Thank you again Sam! I was very lucky to have Sam working with me on my case. She is very knowledgeable and her expertise with child custody truly shows. I was also extremely thankful to have her help prepare me before mediation. The short answer: These guys are aggressive and experienced so you don’t have to be. I hired them to help me with custody, visitation, and father’s rights issues. Holstrom, Block & Parke's "entire" law firm staff have displayed the upmost knowledge and professionalism as a team when handling my case. As well as compassion and respect for ones situation (as every divorce matter differs from one extreme to the other). Don't just call and get a feel, make it to your initial consultation and you will have a great first impression and a "real" feel. You face to face impression and comfort level is what matters when hiring an attorney who will know your deepest past issues and true feelings towards legal matters. At Holstrom, Block & Parke you have the advantage of a variation of attorneys. Because of my positive experience with regards to my divorce case, I when on to hire the firms representing probate attorney. My only advise to each and everyone (considering I previously worked with a Bankruptcy Law Firm and was a great experience) Be patient, yet clear with your requests. Communication is the key, as every case needs much of the clients involvement as well as the attorney. My focus was, always understating my case surely was not the firms only case. Although, each case deserves undivided attention, keeping in mind other case circumstances allows a better understanding of possible delays here and there. It happens at any firm.
