When I asked for help, this firm’s reaction to my situation was to quit because I did not have the money.
I feel like when someone is hurting, don’t push them down further. I wish everyone their best but I think I really understand this industry now.

Bobby was so great to work with. He was always very responsive and always on the ball with our claim. My husband was in an accident with a city employee and as soon as we contacted Bobby through a family friend we had a meeting set up within 24 hours. They were both great although we mainly dealt with Bobby only and when he was getting the run around from the other party he went to bat for us. I will always refer Montanez Yu as we had a great experience for a not so great accident! Thanks again!

Dear Ms. Moore,
I am reaching out to let you know how unprofessional & unprepared your firm was handling my case. I spent $18,147.90 for representation in my Divorce & child custody case, I was not provided such. I met with Mr. Allen Johncox in December of 2021 and I was promised a fight, however your entire firm fell short. This is not a complaint about the outcome of my case but rather the entire performance, or rather the lack of performance. I am aware there are other clients that have had a similar experience with your unprofessional, overworked Attorneys.
July 6, 2021 I was scheduled for mediation, however I received a Failure to Appear due to Moore Family Law’s lack of attention to detail and care to follow through.
Shortly after this Mr. Allen Johncox left the firm, and I was not notified for weeks till I called asking why his name was no longer on my court documents. My new attorney the firm provided me with was Ms. Patricia Rayos. I asked to meet with her to ensure we were on the same page for my case. I was able to have a call with Patricia on Sept. 1, 2022 and I was not happy about her approach. I called and asked EV the Relations Manager if I could have a different attorney as I was not pleased with Patricia. After saying she would look into it, she had Patricia call me and have us work it out as there were no other Attorneys available. At this point I was already over $10k invested and didn’t have enough money to start over somewhere else. My re-scheduled mediation was also in a week and so time was not on my side.
October 17, 2022 was my court date for custody. I asked Ms. Patricia Rayos to arrive at 8:15am as we were to check-in at 8:30am, she arrived at 8:50am. She was disheveled, messy hair, and dingy clothing. I had never met her in person and was not expecting such unprofessionalism. She met with the other counsel in the hallway where they discussed things, that I was unaware of at the time. Once we got called to the stand and Patricia informed the Judge what we were asking for, it became evident to me that she was completely unprepared for my case.
-She didn’t know my Daughters age (main purpose of this day in court)
-She offered the wrong desired custody arrangement, offering less than we were currently doing & making me look greedy.
-She informed the Judge that Father was paying his own Car insurance per the conversation in the hallway without confirming with me. I was still paying his car insurance, and it made him sound like a good guy.
-She claimed I was unemployed at the time I left the family house, I have been at my job since 2016. I now look like a liar.
-She filed paperwork of father’s ex’s restraining order without my knowledge, and I was informed by Allen Johncox that we would not use it as this would upset the Judge. It absolutely upset the Judge. I am supposed to sign off on all documents that get submitted to the court.
-She then told the Judge she didn’t know anything about my Daughters schooling. I previously provided her an outline and text messages explaining everything about my Daughters schooling and Dad’s argumentativeness. I was asked to speak on this and the Judge requested my phone and searched my phone for preschool conversations. Patricia sat there and never said a word while I was inappropriately put on the spot.
-I also provided the visitation log to Moore family law and text messages to back up all the times that Dad no showed on his time and all the time I offered him that he NEVER took. None of this was brought up in court.
I was NOT represented in court that day and rather she ruined my case. I again am not complaining about the outcome of the case because based on what the Judge saw I can understand her decision. I am complaining about the fact that Patricia did not prepare for my case at all and I deserved a lot more for the $18k I paid Moore Family Law Group.

This law firm just wants your money. That's it. No communication. No legal advise of any kind. My attorney was extremely inexperienced. My attorney was inducted to the Bar in jan 2021 and that's who they put on my custody case that took place in July 2022 so no wonder why he showed up to my hearing without so much as a note pad. Matter of fact he was using pen and pad from the courtroom table. No evidence, no paperwork what so ever. Even though I gave them 2-3 ring binders of info about my case. I never received 1 question about any of the information in those binders. I should have known that this was going to end badly when he told me the he approached the opposing counsel and said "this is gonna be easy" during a emergency hearing, which they suggested ($), which I wasn't notified about until the morning of the hearing. Then he went on to say that the opposing counsel was "a snake" (for not taking it easy on him) for grandstanding due to the fact that I wasn't there. I even told him I could rush and get there but he did not want to wait on me to get there within an hour. The next hearing he did not even show up to even though he said that the opposing counsel requested 2nd call. (billed for that phone call too) The opposing attorney was there and he wasn't, so who really needed the 2nd call? The first day I discussed my case with them I notified them that I wanted to obtain a copy of the CPS Report and that was the main purpose for contacting them. This is because I was told by the CPS investigator that they could not give me the report but they would give it to my attorney. Then they proceeded in billing me for calling the wrong county to obtain the report. On top of all of that, the paralegal Sarah holds on to the CPS report from Aug 11 to Sep1st before she would provide it to me. There was no explanation or excuse for holding on to this. She just sent it on the 1st of Sept. My case was ruled upon on July 11th earlier that year.

Holly and her staff have always been very responsive and helpful. I have recommended her team to others because I trust in the services they provide. I have had to go to Holly several times throughout my Divorce and post-divorce process and every time I can trust that they are fighting for what's best for my son and I. They're a great resource to have on your side.
