I called Jay Yu after an accident I had in the middle of the night and he was there to answer all my questions and handle the situation putting me at ease. Being in the service industry I can attest to his services being excellent and goes above and beyond for his clients. Where to start?!?! We were self-represented through a high conflict divorce which didn't end with a great custody/visitation schedule considering the distance between us and our children/the ex (we live out of state). As the situation progressively deteriorated, we knew we had to get legal help. Enter Holly. We had read her reviews here on Avvo and felt that she would be a good fit for our situation, and boy were we right. Holly was understanding of what we were going through and gave us advice on situation after situation. For those of you who are in or have been in a high conflict divorce/custody battle, you know how distressing it can be. There were times when we were so emotionally overwhelmed that it was hard to stay calm and rational, but there was Holly - assuring us every step of the way and being the voice of reason. She helped us try to navigate our non-court options, and when that didn't work she represented us in court (rather than us having to make the long trip down to California every time); ultimately she was able to get a new order set that better suits our situation. Even after all was said and done she has still been there to answer our questions and to provide advice. Divorce and custody battles can be so expensive, but Holly is worth every penny - and more! Her pricing was reasonable to begin with and she was even willing to work with us to help contain costs as much as possible. I will not hesitate to use Holly again in the future if needed, and I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking legal help with family law.

I hired Holly Moore after trying to represent myself in my divorce. After the first court hearing, when the judge ignored any input from me, I was given a recommendation for Holly. She was very thorough and knows California family law extremely well. I was pretty hard on her, as she would attest, because I was fearful of being bankrupt by the California divorce process. Holly was able to guide me through and get a fair property, spousal and child support settlement. So stressful dealing with insurance company after car accident.. After just one conversation with Jay I didn't have to do a thing until everything was resolved, and I was just happy that I didn't have to play phone tag with those insurance representatives or wonder if I was getting a fair deal.
