Dealing with a divorce is not easy by any means. It is extremely stressful especially with kids. The not knowing of what the out come will be and what the future holds is very hard. Brent and his team ,especially Dana, made this difficult time a little easier to deal with. Questions were promptly and honestly answered and they always had what was best in mind for my case. Family law is not easy there is no winners but Brent and Dana were out to protect my rights for which I am very grateful.

For me the two things that stand out about my divorce experience with Brent are: 1. He knows his stuff and he can deliver when it counts. 2. I had one attorney in his office handling my case that I just didn't get along with- he was good, we just couldn't connect/converse easily. Brent swapped me to another lawyer in his office and I was so happy, exactly what I needed. All of this was new, I didn't understand the definitions and all of the implications, etc etc, and he was great. When I needed a consult with Brent he was always there as well.

I had such a great experience working with Dana and cannot recommend her enough. Her knowledge and dedication to helping me finalize the adoption of my daughter was greatly appreciated and she walked us through every step. She even went out of her way to attend the court date for the adoption and it meant a lot to me and my family.

I’m a retired attorney. I assisted a close relative in finding an attorney who could give family law advice, which was not my field of practice. We selected Brent Kaspar of Kaspar & Lugay. We were very pleased with his services. He is straight-forward and easy to talk to. I thought he explained my relative’s rights clearly. He also showed understanding of the family law court and judge. We did not have to go to court, but I felt that, if we had to, we would have been well represented. I recommend him.
