I had teetered with the idea of starting a business to sell crafts for a while but all the legal jargon is just so confusing and intimidating that I'd stop before I really got to start. After some quick information-gathering done by Gerardo and team they took care of what I wanted to accomplish within days and I was all set legally within a couple weeks, if that. And even after for weird legal/tax questions I had here and there, it was cool that I'm not getting customer service from any random spot on a globe, it was he and his team just a few miles away in So Cal. Emphasis on the 'information-gathering' and 'customer-service' aspect, I can't remember the last time some help that I paid for was that personal, that alone can make it all worth it.
