I was introduced to Ms.Safai from a family friend I thought I could trust. Later on I came to an understanding that everyone has a price and so did the family friend. I had a few phone call conversations with her. Each one over half an hour in which I answered all her questions then she told me she can apply for an E2 visa for me. She asked me to pay her 15000 dollars to do my job. I sent her 15000 dollars which I had to sell my apartment under price to pay her. She took my money and then called me after a few weeks informing me that it won’t be possible to take an E2 Visa because my previous income was from a country that is under sanctions and my business and income in the past was from there. I told her “since the day I left my country five years ago my stable income is from the apartment I bought here in this country I currently live in that is not under sanctions. Ms.Sarvi you knew all this. I sold that very apartment to pay you! I would take the rent and live with the money. Why in gods good name are you informing this to me now when you already knew this?” I felt cheated betrayed and scammed. After this she advised me to take other types of visas, but non of them were an option for me. I wanted to be able to move knowing I have a bank account and I’m not going to be an illegal immigrant. The new options she was offering me was not what I had paid for! I lost my apartment and my source of income really devastating. She didn’t do anything for me but lie to me and fool me in to sending her 15000$ then when I ask for a refund she sent me 2000$ and kept 13000$ for what I don’t know. I didn’t even go to an embassy or fill any forms… just a few phone calls. How can this be? Shouldn’t an immigration lawyer know the law? She offered a service she couldn’t provide. Therefore she should have refunded my money. Or at least a decent amount of it. Joke of an immigration lawyer really. I’m going to regret calling her for the rest of my life! I lost on her not only 13000 dollars and my apartment but she fooled me. She wasted my time. She lied to me and played with me and at the same time I trusted her to the point of selling my apartment quickly underprice to pay her. My honest advice to anyone wanting to hire her is DONT DO IT! If for any reason you do then don’t pay her upfront! Please look over your shoulder! Be careful of the people who introduce her. A part of your money could be going to them just like it happened to me. She is definitely NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Good luck to everyone involved with her reading this.
