I had the pleasure of being represented by Robert Farzad and he runs a full service firm with the support staff needed to go against the largest firms in the area. He was point on my case from beginning to end and was the most responsive attorney I've ever dealt with (including myself). Choosing a firm to fight for my family is one of the most important decisions I've ever made. I'm very cost conscious but when you're in the fight of your life, responding to false allegations, protecting a long standing career/reputation, and fighting for future time with your children, YOU CAN'T AFFORD to cut corners to save a dime or two. It was the toughest time of my life and Robert and his team are compassionate, understanding, and will focus you on what you can control and impact to get a better result. You will get through this process but having Farzad Family Law on your side will make it easier and lead to a better result. Can't say enough about the firm, their staff and the work they do. Don't tell Robert but I would have paid more for the outcome. Stay strong and true to yourself and you and your family will be fine.

Working on my case of me being hit and run while on my motorcycle. So far they get 5 stars. They are doing a great job. I will provide further updates as the case progresses. Had to get new attorney. 14 months and almost NO movement. My new attorney is having issues getting my file from Morey & Upton....could it be that they are delaying sending the file as a form of punishment for leaving them.....things that make you go hmmmm? WIll provide further updates if the file is received or if there are further delays....the stars can only go down.

After 5 years of trying to negotiate custody for my son through other law firms, and having to settle for minimal visitation rights, I now have 50/50 custody for my son, thanks to Mathew and Ashley who were able to help me!!! I am highly satisfied with their services, I would recommend farzad Family Law to anyone in my former situation. Thank you!!!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my friend who wanted to leave a review for Farzad, but wanted to stay anonymous at the same time. Farzad was very friendly and welcoming upon meeting him. I had a family issue that needed consultation, and he was very informative about my options and the possible costs that would come with hiring him. Ultimately, he was very detailed in explaining all my options and after the consultation was over, he told me how much his retainer was and that his honest opinion was not to hire him (because he saw that as the best option). He also ended up refunding my consultation fee, which he absolutely did not need to do, but was very nice of him. I would definitely recommend seeing Farzad for any family issues, as he is informative and honest.

When I contacted Farzad Family Law to handle my divorce there was one thing that was important to me: I did not want to fight with my ex-wife verbally on the way out. A couple are married for many years and the last thing they do is say a lot of vile things that they later regret and have to live with. FFL handled this for us very well and I highly recommend them.

Don't make any future regrets, do the right thing. If you're looking for a firm that looks out for you, that works as a team on your case, that treats you like family. I have to say I don't think any other team could make you feel the way they treated me. I have to be honest, they make you feel important, like your case is first priority. They're always available and able to answer any questions, you'll never feel ignored or pushed aside. A few friends of mine who had gone threw similar cases said they had totally different experiences with well known law firms. They were amazed at the way they were handling my case and how they treated me like a person and not just like some poor sap. I first contacted two different law firms before speaking with Robert, I then contacted one more law firm just to shop around and get the right attorney for the right price in my budget. The three other firms I spoke with seemed bland like they were speaking to another pile of paperwork and/or were way over my budget. Farzad Family Law was not the cheapest of the four but just a bit over my budget. When I spoke to Robert he maid me believe every good thing I read about him and his firm and even after I told him I would have to get back to him due to financial reasons.. from one parent to another he gave me very good advise on what actions to take whether I'd end up hiring him or someone else, advise I will never forget. My only regret threw all this is that I did not do this sooner. So if you continue to live a life that you know is not what you want or if your looking for the right team to represent you in court, stop waisting any more time. Get started on a new better way of living for yourself and your kids because what I was doing was not living ..it was just not dying I guess. Don't think its all easy from here tho. Yet don't worry, this team works with you to get everything you will need when the day in court comes. Trust me when that day comes you will see to where all those efforts went to. I got to see quite a few attorneys threw my time in court including my ex's and either you will be laughing at how some of these attorneys stumble on their own feet or you will be kicking yourself for hiring one. Robert on the other hand had everything he needed when he needed it, never shoveling threw a stack of papers looking for his next questions, never waisting the courts nor your time. I was honestly amazed when my ex and her witnesses were testifying and I'm writing Robert notes to appeal specific topics as he's reading them and typing up his fallowing questions all while objecting to her attorneys questions.. He might as well have been shaving too, he never broke a sweat. I could tell this was not his first walk in the park.. or more like a stroll ..and believe me when I tell you that the judge sustained 99℅ of his objections. I can't say the same for my ex's attorney.Are you willing to go with anything less than the best? I can tell you that I've already referred two new clients to him that saw Robert in action representing me in court ..that's got to say something. Anyways I can go on & on about why you should look no further but then again that's up to you. I'll leave you with this last question.. Who do you want in your corner when that day comes where you find your self in the middle of the fight of your lifetime?? Think that over but don't think too long, remember this time is precious and for some reason you're still reading this.. I bet you feel a little bit better thinking there's someone out there that I can trust and will have my back so do the right thing for yourself because I can guarantee you will remember this review when you end up in court kicking your self for not doing so. I wish you lots of luck on whatever steps you end up taking and don't forget about doing what you think is best for your kinds, put your feeling for your now ex aside and assure yourself that your doing the right thing. My separation was amicable until it wasn't. When it came time to hire an attorney, I called several. Most were practical and dispassionate. Robert, however, was not only passionate about my case, he was mad about what my ex was trying to pull. I think he might have even been angrier than I was. I hired him the next day. While handling my case, he maintained that fervor while deflecting and rejecting all of the nonsense my ex tried to throw at me. He was, in a word, my advocate. Eventually, my ex realized that he wasn't going to let her get anything past me, and we were able to come to an amicable settlement. I can't recommend Robert highly enough.

I was immediately put at ease by speaking with Robert regarding my case. My ex-husband had filed for full custody of our daughter for the second time in five years. Needless to say, I was in a state of shock and disbelief and desperate for help. Robert and I met a few days later and after reviewing all of the information I had to disprove the allegations, he took on my case. Four months later, my ex-husband not only dropped his full custody suit, but settled out of court to modifications on my terms. Robert, being the knowledgeable and stellar attorney he is, compromised with opposing counsel and my ex-husband, and managed to get my ex to agree to $10,000 in contribution towards my attorney fees. Robert and his staff are very forthcoming with information. They are very straight forward and always kept me up to date on new developments. I felt completely safe and knew that every person working on my case had my best interest at heart; as well as my daughter. When my ex-wife filed papers for more custody and child support, I chose the attorneys at Farzad Family Law. They were professional, honest and always had my best interest in mind. They were always quick to return my phone calls and emails, and never beat around the bush. They will be honest and strait forward with you about your case. Because of all these amazing qualities, I was able to protect my children and actually had child support awarded to me.
