Blaise and his team kept me updated on my claim, dealing with my medical insurance, and checking up on my medical care. Blaise was upfront with me since the beginning, he did not over promise me anything, he gave me facts. Let me start of by saying Blaise and his team treat you like family! I was rear ended last year 5-11-23 on my way to work. I was on the 5 fwy in commerce California heading to my job in Huntington beach when a vehicle hit me . The driver was distracted on his phone. Totalled my Lexus that I had invested so much money in , it was my dream car. Aside from being devasted by the loss I also suffered a pretty severe shoulder and neck injury. I was involved in an accident on November 10 with my sister coming down the highway and the other driver was making a left on oncoming traffic and hit our car. I highly recommend Patzkowski Law without reservation. In August of 2022, I was riding my road bicycle in a bike lane when I was hit head-on by an electric bike (e-bike) at full speed. There is not much precedent for bike-on-bike accidents, especially when there is an e-bike involved, so I wanted to find someone to represent me who would not be afraid to wade into somewhat unchartered territory. On top of there not being much precedent, the defendant was a minor and e-bike insurance coverage is not black and white. All of this to say, my case was not an easy one to navigate. Blaise is detailed, diligent and supportive. The level of attention I received on my case from day one was truly remarkable, even though at that time my wife and I were still putting together the pieces of what happened (I had no memory of the accident) by tracking down witnesses and video footage and following up with the police and fire departments. Blaise truly made the entire process as stress-free as it could be, considering the circumstances.
