I got Boris' name from my attorney. She highly recommended him. I have had RENTALs for over 20 years. This time I got TENANT from HELL! She called code enforcement on me, for an 85 year old cabin having an unpermitted addition. She wanted ME to trap/kill rodents that were coming INTO the cabin due to her parrots seeds/food all over the floor. Boris drew up all paperwork for her to move out earlier than her lease expired, due to the addition having to be torn down ( the ONLY bathtub in the house). Then she wanted BACK compensation for all the months she HAD paid and reduced rent for two months. Every time I wanted to call her on her outrageous requests, Boris calmly talked sense into me, and of course I realized that disabled tenants in CA have all the cards in their favor. I GOT her out, and my cabin is all code legal and ready for SALE and looking beautiful. He's very matter of fact. No nonsense. I have hired a good 15 attorneys in my lifetime, and he is REASONABLE beyond belief. Never stretches the truth. His main objective is NOT how long can he charge you for services, but how quickly and reasonably can he help you reach your objective.
