Got into a car accident in January 2023 Daniel Kim and his firm represented us quickly and kept us up to date with the case. Got my family and I quick assistance with the medical part of our recovery. Ran into a few issues with the insurance company but Mr.Kim and his team got right on it and resolved them in a timely manner. Highly satisfied with this law firm I highly recommend Mr. Kim and his team to anyone who needs legal advice.

I was greatly surprised at how well my case went! When the Daniel Kim Law Firm says it’s out for your best interest, they are sincere. How do I know that? Daniel Kim’s team went above and beyond when it came to negotiating my medical charges. This action was entirely altruistic. If my medical bills weren’t reduced like they were, Daniel Kim’s Law Firm wouldn’t have made one dime less. They worked diligently with an insurance company to get me the largest award possible and they knocked it out of the park (just like Freddy did in game 1 of the World Series!!!), they succeeded at that endeavor and then they went to bat for me with the medical providers. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. A few of the staff members were rude at times. It was also difficult to get a hold of them sometimes. The process took a long time - 2 years, 4 months to get my case settled and I had a simple and small case.
