Daniel Kim delivered excellent and good communication skill in handling my case…

I got rear ended in January of 2023 and my case is being closed out today, August 30, 2024. This did take a little longer than I anticipated, but I can also understand how busy things can get. Overall, I had a good experience. Various people would check in and give updates. I do wish there was slightly better communication at times, I did have to explain something 2-3 times to different people so I think internal communication between the employees could improve. But overall, everyone I spoke with throughout this case was kind and someone was always there to answer my questions.

Unfortunately I had a accident January 2023 and I contacted This law firm everyone was always there to help me out when I had a question, my case went fast I got the treatment and my settlement very fast , I feel great and safe driving now. This firm comes with a bunch of liars, I was released from physical therapy in March and my bills were sent in. I was told by Lesley that they’ve received the settlement from my insurance company. They were supposedly waiting for my medical bills and I was lied to by Melissa saying that the hospital records were hacked, I called my hospital and they said that they were never hacked or breached. I sent them my medical bills/statements from my insurance app. They have the check and probably collecting interest, but they’re still not closing my settlement. September is going on a year and they been had the means to close my case.
