I was referred to Blaise by an old friend. I have never been in a situation to need a lawyer and I needed one due to a car accident I was in. I unfortunately was involved in a 5 car pile up on the 215 freeway. My car ended up totaled :( BUT He made it very easy to reiterate my information that was needed for documentation and was also a big help in gathering that information. He dealt with EVERYTHING from multiple car insurances as well as my hospital visits. He was always easy to contact as well which is a big help. I’m very thankful for everything he did for me along the way. He really fought for me to get the justice I needed. Dealing with a car accident can be a lengthy process but he was able to gather everything for me within less than a year (which in most cases can take up to 2/3+ years). He was very patient with me and was always available when I had a question; and broke down answers for me if I didn’t understand what was going on. Thank you Blaise for all your help! I was involved in a motor vehicle accident back in May of 2022 where I was driving through a four way stop intersection in downtown Huntington Beach when a repair truck ran a stop sign and T-boned me on the driver’s side of my vehicle. I woke up a few minutes later in my vehicle after having lost consciousness from hitting my head on the inside of my car with no air bag deployment. Bystanders assisted me out of my car and helped me to the curb. I was taken to the ER where I was diagnosed with a TBI and multiple bulging discs; little did I know that this would be the beginning of a long journey of time taken off of work, medical bills, doctor’s appointments, physical therapy, chronic pain, and endless calls with insurance. I had an excellent experience with Blaise Patzkowski. My young son was hit by a car while riding his e-bike in a Los Angeles neighborhood in October 2023 which caused him three fractures on one of his hands. We reached out to Blaise with a personal injury /premises liability law suit against the previous owner, where they failed to disclose a dangerous structure that caused my husband to recover in bed for a few months.
