My business is a internet startup and I retained Jeff Pham to handle the legal work. I needed help with creating a User agreement and privacy policy pertaining to the nature of my business. Jeff also consulted me on my corporation and answered questions in regards to this. Jeff was amazing. He delivered everything in a timely manner and went over everything very clearly and answered all my questions and was always available. Jeff is very knowlegible in business law and having him consult with me on my business also prevented me from making some costly errors that I would have made if I didn't speak with him (something you want to avoid as a startup) . It's great to have a guy like him in your corner because he really looks out for your business and never makes you feel like "just another client". As my company grows and makes changes I won't hesitate to keep Jeff in the loop and/or retain him for any legal item that needs attention.

Jeff worked to successfully resolve a contract dispute that I had with a former employer.
