David is definitely the best, He listened and addressed my concerns. He's very knowledgeable and informative. He and his team surprised me with how fast and quick they response to any phone or email inquiry. David stands out in a courtroom and doesn't back down. I am very happy that I hired David to represent me.

As an attorney myself (who practices in a different area of the law) it was a bit strange to be the client this time, but this made me picky on who I wanted to work with. I chose Kate to help me form my corporation because she was extremely helpful from our very first correspondence. I immediately felt like she cared and I was in good hands. I knew exactly what the plan was, the process and the pricing. She always kept me in the loop and explained to me exactly what I needed to do (sign this, submit that, etc). The entire process was smooth and I am extremely happy and satisfied with working with her. And here's the kicker - I am in San Diego and she's in Irvine, so I actually chose her over other local SD attorneys I spoke to. We were able to do everything via email and e-signature so it made it extremely efficient. I plan to contact Kate again in the future if the need arises and will also recommend her to my clients if anyone is in need of business services.

Poor phone etiquette. Hang up the phone without saying anything when I said thank you. So rude. To reply: your background noise is so loud and my first language is not English. I can’t hear you clearly at all. Maybe you should spend more time explaining patiently and politely on phone, not hang up people’s phone like that RUDE.

Very disrespectful Rude Liar I lost more with his services than what I had before contacted him I do not recommend him Very expensive to lose your case but above all that He is so irreverent and disrespectful. Do not sign a contract with him, he is an opportunist Don't see it as an option. Run if you can if you still have the chance use it and just run away from him and contact someone else. Just called this person. I was calling for more informations and he rudely answered the phone and started having a terrible tone. I proceeded to ask about my case, and this person has asked me to go ask someone else then hang up the phone. Very unprofessional and rude. (He will say, i do not know this person bla bla bla) just look at the other reviews. Same situations. There are better law firms out there to choose from! This was yet the worse person I have spoken with. Do not waste your time cause clearly customer’s phone calls is wasting “his time” Im glad he showed his true colors from the beginning! I dodged a bullet from possibly choosing this person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

My Daughter had a difficult case involving guardianship and many other very very involved factors. She would call different attorneys and they either did not want to take her case or it was not something they practiced. I called Attorney Schwarz -after a Google search -and he seemed to know exactly what to do and was extremely knowledgeable. He was retained by my daughter. Today my daughter had her court case and had to wait for her case to be called - her case was called last. She advised me that she had watched case after case -with cases similar to her case—get rejected by the judge -her case was then called and everything she requested was approved by the Judge! She was shocked- first time going to court and awarded everything she asked for! Attorney Schwarz is so outstanding! He won this case! Many attorneys you call and you deal with the secretary —my daughter loved how she could call Attorney Schwarz-and he would answer the phone!

I called to set up an Appointment for some Family Law problem we were going through. I didn't even finish talking, he badly cut me off and supposed what i was saying or needing, so he RUDELY & ARROGANTLY with his annoying Voice said * I don't do free calls or any free consultations, No pay No help. When i was about to say i wanted an appointment to maybe see if we can get a case and no one said we weren't paying. How are customers going to speak to you regarding their issues, cus we cant talk or you want to take advantage and start charging non-sense. These are the Lawyers u want to AVOID!! Pls look else where. I am posting his AD & BAD Review in Orange County Teacher Bulletins & Family Bulletins, so they stay away.
