I called to set up an Appointment for some Family Law problem we were going through. I didn't even finish talking, he badly cut me off and supposed what i was saying or needing, so he RUDELY & ARROGANTLY with his annoying Voice said * I don't do free calls or any free consultations, No pay No help. When i was about to say i wanted an appointment to maybe see if we can get a case and no one said we weren't paying. How are customers going to speak to you regarding their issues, cus we cant talk or you want to take advantage and start charging non-sense. These are the Lawyers u want to AVOID!! Pls look else where. I am posting his AD & BAD Review in Orange County Teacher Bulletins & Family Bulletins, so they stay away.

I was looking for a prenuptial lawyer and came across David's name via google search. David answered my phone call promptly and we set a meeting up for an initial consultation. David was down to earth and was very easy to talk to. He and his wife worked together to draft the prenup agreement, and they gave me and my fiance several questions to answer in terms of assets, finances, etc. It was pretty straight forward and not confusing at all. He even referred my fiance to another prenup lawyer to represent him. He and his wife kept consistent contact with us when it came to finalizing our paperwork.

Never thought I would be writing my own personal experience about divorce. David Schwarz has taken very good care of me and my case. He and his staff has gone above and beyond to make the process much less stressful. Although the case is in process, David and Wini have given me a senses of calm during this difficult time. I have every bit of confidence that he will continue to positively represent me and my best interest. Thank you always David and Wini, I am forever grateful for all that you have done.

David schwarz gets the job done and the results you want in and out of the court room. He's compassionate friendly helpful and goes the extra mile for his clients. He recently got me out of a very difficult family law situation that i was in way over my head on. He fought opposing party and their horribly bought counsel tooth and nail on everything and got everything down to an agreement between us on a piece of paper saying keep the peace. I was being sued for 10 grand and beyond stressed to my max at that point. Thank you David for aggressively representing me and my children at the time when i needed you most

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ms. Reyes over the weekend in April 2016. I was pleasantly suprised to find an attorney that was willing to consult with a perfect stranger on a Saturday and found her to be professional, trustworthy, and tenacious. I was very impressed with her ability to listen to me, use her expertise in response to my situation and represent me accordingly. After our consult I did hire her for a brief appearance and will be retaining her for a future representation.

Let me start by saying, that Leslie is truly underrated on this website. She is clearly a 10 out of 10. Leslie is the best lawyer for any case regarding Criminal Defense, Immigration, DUI or DWI. She is always willing to answer any and every question you have related to your case. She is the first Lawyer I met that never hesitated to answer all my questions. I highly recommend her and she is on the top of my list for attorneys to contact for help. I would consult with her again for any future matters and do plan on recommending her to family and friends.

Attorney Schwarz does a great job in helping our out our clients. In Los Angeles Superior Court, for example, he was able to convince the judge that our client was victim of spousal abuse and child alienation. Client obtained shared custody and is able to care for his child. That is priceless! He is a great lawyer and has a great understanding of the family law court procedures. He looks out for the best interest of his clients. I highly recommend attorney Schwarz to handle your family law legal matters.
