My view is this they was absolutely horrible The girl who answered the phone is horrible every time I called Ashley the case manager is is slow and she'll never get the job done this law firm was absolutely horrible one that I ever used horrible do not use them I don't like having an attorney right to have all my calls ignored My line of complaint does not stop here once they think they got a case for you there all nice and then after that the girl who answered the phone did not get my message across only spoke to my attorney once which Ashley she's supposed to be my case manager and all she did was act like she was forever busy and hide behind the phones I absolutely hated their service

Worst experience with this law firm. My case was transferred between numerous attorney and paralegals. I would call ask to speak to my lawyer And they would say oh you have a new lawyer. Leave messages no call back would call again and finally get a live person and would be told oh you we have another lawyer handling your case, the last lawyer left. He only was here a month sorry. Now you also have a new paralegal her name is Luz. She would answer her phone and say will call you back with the hour. Wouldn’t call back. Call Back the next day and get same answer. Oh sorry headed in to office will call you in. An hour. Contacted the law firm through main website asking for help. And it’s been two weeks and no on responded. Due to bad advice from this law office now dealing with a huge issue and they refuse to even call Back. Wish I had never used this office it’s the worst experience I have ever had.
