I filed a wc claim. Hired Oracle. Big mistake The intake is by staff, who don'tlisten and are incompetent. They give the wrong information to the insurance carrier, so I get a denial letter in the mail. You never talk to the attorney. Suzie and Marina so called case workers are the worst,! Don't return calls. Oracle is dehumanized and depersonalized. I fired them,!
