Mr. Beggs responded promptly to my message on AVVO and invited me to call him. He also returned my call quickly. My question was regarding the theft of my wedding rings from my hotel room. Mr. Beggs could have easily benefited by persuading me to engage his services. Instead, he walked me through the pros and cons and using his services vs filing in small claims court. He told me how to file and provided some tips on how to present my information to the judge. He didn't make me feel as though my situation was unimportant - he simply wanted the most productive, cost-efficient outcome. He gave me the information I needed and confidence to proceed on my own.
