No communication with anyone who is working on your case. You get the same response every time you call " on the phone with another client but we will have them call you back" which they never do no matter how urgent the call is about.

She helped put me at ease and kept me informed at every step of the process during my worker's compensation struggle with my former employer. I was unhappy and had been dealing with my former employer for almost 6 months when I finally got in contact with Roshele's office, and I was frustrated. I didn't have anymore fight in me, but Roshele was amazing and helped me understand everything that was going on. She was amazing!
