Scott met with our Homeowner Association’s Board of Directors and took the time to walk us through the various options that we had with a construction defect situation. He was clear on what options we had and costs we would incur during the process. He under promised and over delivered. As a Board member for our community, I worked with Scott to resolve a contract/negligence lawsuit.
