I first went to Gene to consult about my case regarding a modification of child custody, and from the beginning he was honest with me and told me I didn't need him but as I went into details he seems to really see in needed his help. If you need an attorney, hire Gene Cristiano! In my case Gene got me $750.00 in sanctions (the other side has to pay my attorney fees) because the other side was lying to the Court and not cooperating in giving his financial records. Gene argued against a continuance that the other side was asking for, won, and got an order that the other side has to provide all of his financial records to me within 20 days or the Court was going to sanction him again to pay for more of my attorney's fees. Gene is GREAT!!! I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this attorney is. I will recommend Gene to anyone and everyone I know who is in need of legal services. Gene is a fighter for what you want. By far, the best attorney I have ever dealt with. He is honest from the beginning and straight forward. Gene tells it like it is. Thank you Gene for your hard work!
