Eugene, is an excellent attorney who will fight for your rights. He has been a God sent to me and I highly recommend him. I have retained his serves since the beginning of my case and he has never disappointed. Eugene Cristiano is the best around!

Gene is a great attorney, not only was he 100% correct in everything he told me that was going to happen in the courtroom. He genuinely cared about my case! I had an instant good feeling when I met him. He gives you the advice that an attorney should. I interviewed a few attorneys and if I would've followed their instructions I would've been completely let down. Not only did we win, we got every single thing we asked for! He handled this long overdue lawsuit with the knowledge one would hope for with his 31 years of experience. Gene is no nonsense, to the point - and gives you clear options to chose from. He never beats around the bush, he's a tough negotiator and lets you know what your potential options are, and his recommendation of the best approach. He's not intimidated by opposing counsel and ensures deadlines are met and fights for the best outcome. I was given fair, affordable, and flexible payment options. He returned phone calls and showed up to court when he said he would. He covers a wide scope of legal issues, for me it was child custody, child support, and bankruptcy issues and for another family member, a durable power of attorney. He takes the time to advise when he is called upon, and often does so with out charging. He knows and has relationships with other people in the field including judges, commissioners, etc., and is held in high regards by others and by me to advise on the level in and out of the court room.
