I don't write reviews very often except when I am extremely disappointed and I want to warn the public, but my experience with Jason Buccat was so amazing I felt that he deserves a positive review. Not only is he an outstanding Attorney, he is also a very good man. Rarely do I meet Lawyers in this city with such integrity, honesty, knowledge and responsiveness. We've all hired lawyers to help us with legal issues, and more often than not, we wouldn't want to be friends with them. Me and my family had a very unpleasant experience with a few bad egg police officers. As we all know, officers enjoy an almost untouchable status; to the point there are very few lawyers who will take your case against the police, and even fewer who can do so succesfully. Mr. Buccat listened to our case, poured over our files, processed all our paperwork, and moved everything forward. In the end, we were able to receive a settlement from the city as they did not want to move forward with the solid case Mr Buccat was able to build and represent. Mr. Buccat represented me against the State of California in criminal court, Domestic Battery. In hindsight he probably knew my wife was doing much more than playing a role as an abused wife. I cannot speak highly enough about how professional and proficiently Mr. Buccat defends his clients. He recognized my weaknesses and kept me from being my own worst enemy.
