Michael was very responsive and got back to my inquiry the same day. His calm disposition and friendly demeanor put me at ease. I needed legal advice on a consumer right of rescission situation and searched for the answer online. I posed the question on Avvo.com, and Michael Fate was the only lawyer to call me. Though my case, in his opinion, would not succeed, he spent 15 minutes on the phone with me to explain and talk through all scenarios. Excellent service!

Michael Fate was extremely helpful in the preparation of a living trust and update of advanced healthcare directives for me and my brother. Special circumstances of a special needs trust were also required and Michael provided very useful information. I have found Michael to be refreshingly honest, and very capable.
He is quick to refer you to some one if he knows a good attorney that has a lot more experience with your specific problem.
Michael is also particularly good as a ‘second opinion attorney’ and can give you a very good perspective at how the other side’ will try to come after you. I highly recommend him if you have ‘business issues’ in west LA.
