I highly recommend Elizabeth for wills and trusts work. I needed a new will and a couple of complicated trusts. She guided me through the entire process so I understood what documents would be best for my situation. Elizabeth explains things very well and provided comprehensive estate planning services at a reasonable price. She is a pleasure to work with!

We worked with Elizabeth to review and update our trust and all the associated documents. She was very thorough and asked all the right questions to ensure that we thought through our decisions. Estate planning is not something to take lightly, or to cut corners on, especially in California. Elizabeth Johnson is thorough, is an expert at what she does, and tells it like it is. It is an involved process, and it requires decisions that may not be easy to make, but she does a great job of staying on top of things to assure it gets done right. One word would be "Amazing!" In this day where the saying of how "No one does his/her job" is sadly a reality, I thought I had entered an alternative universe when I found Elizabeth for my terminal husband. Her warmth, genuine caring, knowledge, guidance, clarity, and professionalism was AMAZING. She went out of her way to meet with us as he could not be moved any longer. In her gentle way, she removed one of the numerous tragedies we faced during the dying process. Himself an attorney in a different field, he put his trust in her guiding hands. As strange as this may seem, she brought us closure and peace at one of the most painful and heart-breaking times in our lives. Elizabeth was very helpful when I needed to create an irrevocable trust. The trust needed to be done quickly and Elizabeth was able to meet the proposed deadline. Everything went very smoothly.

Elizabeth is absolutely wonderful! We reached out to ask her to update/revise our 20+ year old Trust but she really did much, much more. She stepped us thru the process slowly and thoroughly and provided us with excellent references to additional resources we would need to help us with all the things you need to prepare for end of life. My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Elizabeth to establish a family trust. Neither of us have experience in estate planning, and she took the time to teach us about the basics of the process while patiently but thoroughly answering all of our questions throughout. She also helped lay out the checklist for to-dos with our existing financial institutions, the county recorder's office, etc. as it related to transitioning all of our existing assets to the new trust. We know she's available at any time for us should questions arise, and has quickly gotten back to us whenever we had any so far. Her office is conveniently located near our home, and she took several steps to ensure our in-person signing was safe despite the COVID pandemic (e.g., signers socially distanced around the table, everyone was masked, lots of sanitizer and no pen sharing). She also was great with (and understanding of) our super squirmy 18 month old at the signing process.

Elizabeth is excellent lawyer and a wonderful person. She assisted me and my family with the administration of my Grandfather's trust with expertise and care. I recommend her for any estate planning and trust administration need.

Elizabeth is extremely experienced and knowledgable. She helped me with my complete estate planning and answered all my questions. And I had many. She is also very efficient.
