Outstanding Representation

I am very inquisitive by nature. Dan Quane took the time to answer my many questions and explain the different nuances with my Estate Planning. He gave me the sense of security I needed and provided different options for the many important decisions I needed to make. Would highly recommend to anyone starting out in the process

We had a great experience using Doyle Quane to create our first family trust. Dan took time to explain the pros/cons of a Trust as well as the process and tasks we'd have to complete. The Trust was easy to complete and we felt well taken care of along the way.

My wife and I recently set up a trust with Dan Quane. Considering how little we knew about the subject initially, Dan and his team went out of their way to educate and walk us through the entire process. They gave us thorough and complete information, responded quickly, and were good humored and client centered. We are more than satisfied with the trust, the process, and the people we worked with. I would not use this law firm. Especially if you are a women divorcing your husband. This law firm is not for woman. My moms attorney was Stephanie Mazzoncini. She did not do what my mother asked and settled in my step dads favor. Worked hard not to ruffle the feathers of apposing council and even would get nasty with my mother in front of apposing council. When my mother didn’t agree with signing away her rights to money and retirement she used fear to say she would be sanctioned if she didn’t comply with her ex husbands demands. And that a man worth millions offering her little money she should take it. My mother was a house wife and raised their daughter now 20. Stephanie has no respect for women who are home makers and talked to my mother terribly about getting a job and making her own retirement at almost 60 years old and not expect nothing from her ex husband who works in the medical field. She soon resigned when it was time to go to court the same day 8 something in the morning filing paperwork with the court before court and my mother had to represent herself. Then Stephanie with the support of the partners at this firm charged my mother for the court hearing as if Stephanie represented her and now want money for court even though she resigned before court causing a highly stressful situation. The judge told my mom she should not have signed the paperwork in my step dads favor and she had the right to say no. Stephanie is nasty nice. She just got married so I don’t know her new last name but I believe she is still the only Stephanie. The law partners support dumping the client if they don’t agree and trying to get paid for it. They will quote you a reasonable price and then trump up charges. BEWARE. It was pure hell working with this law firm. Walk away and choose another law firm.

What I liked about Colby Freeman is that he will tell you his honest professional opinion and will guide you when you are right and also advise you when you are wrong - after all, no one likes dishonest people. Colby listens intently to your opinion (even if it looks like he's not), and then he will represent you if/when needed and will negotiate for the best outcome possible, even when it may look like that you are going to loose more. I would highly recommend Colby as your attorney to anyone I care about, If he does not answer your phone call, just leave a message and let him know that it is importand and he will get back to you as soon as he can. Colby Freeman's last name says it all, you could not choose a better last name for a divorce attorney. On another note, If you need a very knowledgable business attorney to handle a living trust, prenup or postnup agreement, I would absolutly ask for Dan Quane.
