I was referred to Braunstein Law by a colleague of mine 2 weeks ago because I needed business contracts drafted. I needed a marketing sponsorship agreement, bartering agreement, as well as a waiver of liability agreement. After speaking with the attorney, I felt very comfortable with her experience and her deep understanding of contracts law and made the decision to hire the firm. The process itself was painless and I had my documents one week sooner than expected. Upon reviewing the contracts I found it to be very accurate as well as comprehensive with my best interests at the forefront. I am extremely satisfied with this firm and I am confident that I will be doing more business in the future with them. Again very good attorney, strong work ethic and is fairly priced--highly recommend!

We had the misfortune to need an attorney to assist us with some financial issues, something we never in a million years thought we would be facing. But due to a perfect storm of unexpected events, there we were. Thank goodness we were referred to Deborah. She has a small law office that provides excellent hands-on support. She is a no-frills, no-nonsense attorney with a caring heart who really, really knows her stuff - exactly what we wanted and needed.
