Maya Pinchman and her team were so kind and efficient in working on getting Medi-Cal for my mom. My mom had a procedure that went wrong, and her hospital stay went from being a couple of days to a month. We knew that my mom would need extended care at a skilled nursing facility, and my dad's private insurance was not going to cover it. Since my parents are both low-income, we wanted to apply for Medi-Cal. We had done it once before ourselves, but we were unsuccessful. The second time around we hired Maya, and she got the job done! Maya answered every question that I had within a few hours. Maya and her team always reached out to me to inform me of where we were in the process. Also, Medi-Cal had made a mistake in my dad's share of cost, and Maya went to bat and made sure that Medi-Cal reversed it. It was a considerable time of uncertainty for our family. Maya and her team provided comfort during this time of change in my family's life. I experienced NO anxiety whatsoever throughout a process I knew nothing about. Maya will provide superior attentiveness and continue being available if other issues develop. I was referred through Rancho Bernardo Senior Services and found an attorney who could assist me as necessary, and I required a LOT of patient understanding. I am SO grateful.

I highly recommend Cecilia Chen. She was always available and has great communication. We used her for a large Dental practice purchase, setting up S-corps, and a partnership agreement. Reasonably priced and we could not have done it without her. We needed all of the above within a 30 day time frame and she worked night and day making sure we were taken care of. 5 Stars+ for sure.
