I’m not going to say this not a good law firm to hire for litigation because everyone outcome is different and you can’t win them all. I thank you all for fighting my traffic citation regardless of the losing outcome. But I will say I expected more communication from you all regarding my traffic citation. Especially, in regarding to my chances of winning and worst case scenarios. I would’ve still paid the 600 dollars, nonetheless. It’s just the fact that when I did reached out to you all regarding my citation and court date. You all said and I quote, “don’t worry, we’ll take care of it for you.” But I knew beforehand because right before I hired you all, I’d spoken with another law firm that unfortunately didn’t specialize in traffic litigation. However, they were extremely honest with me regarding my traffic citation and percentage of winning this case. And what they’d said in regarding to this, and I quote, “because it was a CHP officer whom issued the citation to me, that would make it a lot harder to win.” They may have been wrong about this, however I was planning on fighting this regardless of any money or any chances of winning. I just appreciated the fact that they engaged with me regarding this and you all did not. One point on my driving record doesn’t bother me that much. But I sincerely hope from now on moving forward with clients that you all improve in communication.
