Just the idea of contacting an attorney is a bit of a frightening thought, I can’t think of a feel good situation why someone would need one. In previous situations I haven’t the the best experiences. I once hired one and it was an awful experience, I was treated as more of paycheck and never received any compassion or understanding. I’ve had consultations with 2 others and it seemed they go by a quick script during the rushed 30 minutes. One was literally a 5 minute call. To say I didn’t feel listened to is an understatement. Then, there is Tim. My goodness after we talked, I got so teary with a sigh of relief. Not one time did I feel rushed. Not one time did he come off as not compassionate and I was treated with empathy. I have never felt that with a legal matter with the years of stress I’ve been enduring. He is incredibly knowledgeable with all the topics I brought up, was honest with every matter. He is a breath of fresh air and I couldn’t recommend him enough. It feels amazing to feel listened to. Thank you, Tim. A huge shout out to his staff. Melanie (I really hope I remembered her name correctly) helped me with so much before my appointment with Tim and she is incredible! So sweet, happy and has an amazing sense of humor. The Pollard team is phenomenal ♥️
