Attorney Chang is one of the best lawyers I've ever met. He resolved my immigration case which was a bit of a challenge very efficiently that most lawyers either did not have the right knowledge to proceed or could not have handled better. He provided personalized attention on my case and was very communicative and informative every step of the way. Attorney Chang is a very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer, but what really sets him apart from other lawyers is his passion and professionalism. Luckily, I met William 3 months after I came to US when I was seeking the way to get my green card.
