The first day I meet Mr Rosiak hi gave mi confidence and he just did what he told me, I respect his honesty and professionalism and the hard work that he and his brilliant and efficient secretary did for me.

I screened and hired about six attorneys before deciding that I would have Richard Rosiak help represent me during the course of my child custody case. This was not a decision that I made lightly, as there is little else I cherish on this Earth as much as my children. It was a very dark and uncertain time in my life, but Richard did an Excellent job of making me feel like I had someone truly concerned with representing and fighting for me. Throughout some very contentious matters, Richard has been a supportive counselor, encouraging attorney, a ferocious advocate and a top of the line expert Overall, for the price, time and effort I don not believe I could have found someone half as competent or dedicated to my case. The attorney Mr. Rosiak had my tenant evicted faster than I had expected. The paralegal went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Excellent services!

I hired Mr. Rosiak to help with an eviction on a non-paying tenant. He sounded sincere on the phone, so I paid a $3,500 retainer, expecting we would be going to trial. Mr. Rosiak served the tenant, and then the tenant paid me the money he owed. I contacted Mr. Rosiak a few times regarding the return of the retainer (he only performed a few hundred dollars worth of work), but Mr. Rosiak was non-responsive. I am currently disputing the retainer payment with my bank, and if that doesn't work, I will go straight to the California BAR. Mr. Rosiak, this is not the proper way to treat your customers! I will hold you accountable for the retainer money that should be refunded to me. If you see this review, please contact me and make this right.

My experience with Richard Rosiak ! Was excellent! He went over and beyond for me! My financial situation was the last thing on his mind! Number one focus was achieving what I wanted and what was best for me ! Its comforting to know that there is humble and caring people still in this world ! Thank you ! Mr Rosiak!!!!!!

He got one star because I was forced to give a star.. went w/ my dad and hired this attorney. let me warn you now.. it is a sole practictioner. that means there's no regulations and no one to complain to but him about your bill.. we ended up at the State Board of California disputing the over charges.. total bill was 3,000 and I had two other attorneys review this and one attorney said it's 700 worth of work and another attorney said it's 900 worth of work.. to make a long story short... We had already paid 1500. and arbitrator made it to where we didn't get any money back, but we also didn't have to pay the remainder 1500 that he fabricated.. he doesn't do what he says on contract.. Go to a place that is a corporation w/ managers like a real business should be.. he's shady in this way. (Ms. Carter)

He is worthless. Doesn't look at your papers or any other evidence or you bring in. Just wants money. I was in there 5 minutes and got nothing from him unless gave him more than the original $50. Don't be bothered with a worthless person like him. Doesn't care about the client unless they have money.
