Hello Everyone! I had an amazing experience with this law office! When i first decided to consult with an attorney, I was very nervous dealing with an ex that could not get over the fact that we had separated years ago and he was still trying to do anything to hurt me. From the moment I arrived Xochitl made me welcomed and more relax hearing me just go on and on about what was going on. I honestly felt like she really listen to all my concerns and issues with no judgement and helped me feel so much better. Timothy himself introduces himself right away and also with a warm and welcoming smile. When it is court time he makes you feel secure and ready to go! Even after the court date Xotchitl keeps you up to date with anything pending and is always available for any questions. Very good attorney. He is very smart and I felt like he was there for me during the entire ordeal. He asks the right questions and uses his talents in court. I recommend him highly.

Back in 2010 I was on the verge of paying Mr. Nilan a $900 retainer to represent me. Apparently, he wasn't an honest individual and was not fond of me. Some time after meeting him, I received a missed call from his office. Upon checking the voicemail, I was so embarrassed to hear Mr. Nilan record a message in which he called me a "stupid idiot". He had mistakened my personal number with that of his paralegal and spoke of me; his soon-to-be client, in such a bad tone. Luckily, I was able to contract another lawyer who was worthy of my money.
