Mr. Kim is unprofessional to say the least. My employee called to have a conversation with him and he cursed, made threats and hung up in an inappropriate manner. He didn't even fulfill one of his obligations to his Client which is to relay information. Our office tried to come to a resolution here and he failed to comply.

0 stars if I could. Got a red light violation from a a traffic camera. Ticket was just over 400. Used off the record services which paired me with mowry law group. After 10 months my case was resolved. I paid them 200, just for my case to be reduced to 300, and I have to do 8 hours of traffic school. So now I have to pay more than what I would have if I just went to court myself. Highly would not recommend this group. Will gladly provide all documents to prove this.
