We hired attorney Lounsbery for CACI after missing the 30 day deadline to respond and were very worried if we would even get a hearing. Attorney Lounberry wrote a very strongly worded response citing appropriate law and cases to the department. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out that the department decided to drop my name and did not even need a hearing. Other attorneys we contacted painted a very grim picture telling us that we had missed the 30 day deadline and nothing could be done and some said that even if we got the hearing the outcome would not be in our favor. We can not express in words how grateful we are are for his ability to get my name of the registry! We realized most family law attorney don't know much about CACI they may know about other proceeding but not about CACI.
