When I received my initial CACI listing paperwork, I looked up Tate and contacted him immediately. His videos, resources, calm and knowledgeable demeanor are top-notch. We consulted for over an hour and he gave me critical information on what to address in dependency court, what to request from the judge on the minute order, and how to prepare with an extensive checklist in dependency court as well as in preparation for my grievance hearing. Mr. Tate Lounsbery is an amazing Attorney and highly recommended! He handled my case very well and kept me informed. He understood my case very well and made his argument so clear to the court. His Brief addressed to the court and other counsel/ county was very convincing, that make it hard not even willing to reply to it. I know i am innocent man and being accused for child abuse, however by his strategy and his brief, he was able to get the job done and Dissmised my case even before court hearing. I don't know where to start. But here goes... I had a family member that was falsely accused . I looked into a few law firms and I came across Tates law firm. I consulted with his firm and hired them . This case went on quite some time and we even postponed our first date so we could come up with more evidence to prove to the court. In hiring Tates office he stated he had other lawyers that worked in his firm that myself and my family member would be directly be dealing with .
