Both Megan and Holly have done legal work for me in the past. I have given many referrals. The last referral was my ex-husband who had married a catfish who were scamming him. Megan helped him file and receive a judgment a property settlement and more plus the divorce. He was able to get all his assets back in his name. Holly helped him with his trust and was able to protect his assets from this scam artist. They did awesome for me and for my ex-husband. They worked long hours and rushed things through to expedite matters. If you are wondering if their services are legit. I am letting you know that these divorces and trusts held up in the courts. I am a public defender Advocate who recently worked with a client wrongfully placed on the CACI. I first called Tate Lounsbery from a place of desperation: my client informed me he had been placed on the CACI, had a limited amount of time to request a grievance hearing, could not afford his own counsel, and asked me for assistance. I had no familiarity with this process and tried several lawyers before I reached Tate; he was the only one who took time to understand my client's circumstance, walk me through the process, and offer concrete guidance-- knowing full well my client and I could not offer anything in return. After that first conversation, Tate continued to be a source of invaluable support to me as I assisted my client through the process. He prepared me for the grievance hearing, told me what to expect, and how to leverage the law in support of my client. When my client was denied a grievance hearing, he offered crucial advice that ultimately led social services to recognize their error and remove my client's name from the CACI (without a hearing!). Tate Lounsbery truly knows his stuff, he has a big heart, and he was instrumental in helping my client evade a wrongful life-sentence. We have endless gratitude for him.

Holly is the best in the business. She’s done a lot of legal work for me. Two divorces. A will. Guardianship papers. And so much more! I even worked for her cleaning her office for a while and she was the best boss ever! She also helped me get another job with someone else as a caregiver. Holly really felt like more of a friend. Tate Lounsbery is not only a caring and understanding person, he is a brilliant attorney who got me off the CACI list when odds were definitely not in my favor. I was unjustly said to be guilty of child abuse by Children and Family Services in San Bernardino County even when the justice system (DA’s Office) dropped the entire allegation before any court date. Tate Lounsbery fought hard for me and proved the system wrong. Being off the CACI is a huge relief and has given me a whole different view of the just system and people of unjustified power. I feel such a sense of freedom and improved self esteem. It’s all thanks to Mr Lounsbery who is worth every dollar you spend. I trusted him and am glad I did!

The Legal Assistants of San Diego are amazing. They took my documents which were overwhelming and helped me organize. They asked the right questions so I could make the best decision for myself. Meggin was professional and most of all patient. I walked in with a phone book of papers and a mountain of emotions. Although she could not give me legal advice, she assured me that my documents would be prepared properly, which in turn helped me feel more confident about my day in court. I was staying up late trying to organize years of supporting documents and becoming too exhausted and sleep deprived to perform as expected at work.. I was stressed and did not know what to do or what to add or not add. Meggin saw that and got into action. She demonstrated the experience to uncomplicate my papers and recognize my expressed needs. I work full time during the week and wasn't sure how I could get away to file my documents at the courthouse. The Legal assistants of San Diego have services that allowed me to not miss work and feel confident that my documents were prepared properly and filed promptly. I cannot Thank Meggin enough for her services. I know 100% that I will be back to have other legal service done, maybe a will... I had a Workmen’s Comp. case with a fire sprinkler company out of Poway they laid me off due to my injury. I called an old friend of mine that was a lawyer and he recommended Joel Geller. It approximately took a year to get my settlement I was paid for my time off of work I had surgery done on my right arm got a settlement in the end and a voucher to go back to school and learn a different trade.
