Read the reviews of others. Personally, I found him to be a great Attorney on worker's comp case for me. It was a long drawn out process. And it was a fight with the workers comp insurance company. He really did fight for me. Though it may seem like he was not, but behind the scenes, he was. Joel made sure that I also understood that it really came down to my decision in everything. Step by step on the whole process. He also got back to me when I had questions, though it might take some time. I could make an appointment with him and be able to talk with him. Yes he will lay out everything, yes he will go over everything again and again. That is for your benefit. He wants to make sure you understand fully what is going on. I learned a great deal. In the end of the case, Joel did way better than I thought. His knowledge of the law was fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone. Fantastic attorney on the law practices and procedures.

Immediately upon calling him he gave us the breakdown of how these cases work. It brought a lot of peace of mind to me and my family knowing what the process was because we didn't really know what it all meant. There was a slight hiccup when the initial letter of grievance was mailed out but I was assured there was no issue and there wasn't one! the letter went through with no issues and I began the homework. The homework was, for the most part, straight forward and easy to follow. It made the process much easier and flow very smoothly. I highly recommend Mr. Lounsbery.

He’s currently handling my WC case. I started in January and haven’t had an update, no returned emails, and pure attitude from the assistant. Had 2 meetings after the first meeting no contact then when I voiced concerns I was the one at fault for not being patient. Second meeting it was like he didn’t remember what my case was about and kept cutting me off when I tried to speak.
