The ladies behind the traffic court don’t answer calls making it harder for everyone let alone charging us more, do your job and answer the calls and quit wasting people’s time

They purposefully want you to not pay your ticket so you can be charged more. They do not answer phones and are very rude about it when they do. Then they tell you send an email and call back later to wait another 2 hours. It is very disgusting that our taxes go to these wasteful resources and these people don’t even care about their job. I’ve been to several courthouses and man does this courthouse have so many hoops to get your ticket paid. Furthermore, the police in the area are racist and target people of color. DO NOT MOVE TO IMPERIAL COUNTY

Welcome to America. Terrible Phone system and customer service in a JUDICIAL COURT. They set you up for failure to make a payment on anything. Don’t even try calling or email. Good Luck.
