I was represented by Mr. Miller in a serious car accident. He and team were terrific. They were very informative and responsive. They really seemed to care about my particular case. Despite some liability issues in my case, they were able to settle it quickly and it was a great result. I would definitely recommend the law firm.

Had a couple good consultations that went well. Nice and courteous but once he got a hefty retainer, was no where to be seen or heard. Took a lot of effort to get in contact. Did not do anything, as there never was no need for a trial in the first place, used his trickery and big law terms to make it sound bad in order to get the retainer. I should have looked around more

First of all let me start by saying that Mr.Miller and his team are the best! My family and I are very grateful to have found his firm and would highly recommend him. Secondly, let us start, to anybody who has not filed a law suit like this before, know that things take time. You must remain prepared and have "A LOT" of patience because major suits don't just happen over night. You will feel times of doubt along the way, hopeless, like you want to find another lawyer, but know this, Mr. Miller is completely behind his firm and a very hard working lawyer. He is for you, the client and nothing more or less. Lastly, if we were to be in need of a lawyer for any future advise or situations that may arise, we will go back to Mr. Miller's office in a heart beat. He gave us our life back and we will be forever grateful for him and his wonderful staff!

I completely recommend Miller Law, inc. What you need to realize when getting involved in circumstances that need and attorney the result WILL NOT be immediate and you will not have daily updates but know that John Miller is working to get the best resolution. My experience was good and I could not have asked for any more, he kept the process going in the right direction and once the end came resolution was quick. I would recommend Miller Law and would use them again if needed.

Mr. Miller came highly recommended by a personal friend who lived in the Folsom area. My friend had mentioned that Mr. Miller did such a good job for his fellow co-worker on a black mold personal injury case. After speaking to Mr. Miller on the phone the first time, I had a good feeling about him after interviewing several other attorneys for our case and even though he was long distance from us. He also assured me that because I was so ill and such a distance from his office that business could be handled over the phone, via fax and email but we would always be welcome to come sit down and discuss our details/status in person if we wished. He is a very professional Attorney and I would recommend him to anyone who has gone through this sort of similar black mold/builder defect/personal injury of a dream home turned nightmare like myself and my family endured. Our case took a little over a year to settled just as Mr. Miller said it could and we are immensely grateful for the outcome that Mr. Miller and his staff did for us.

My battle started almost a year and a half ago against a company that were not afraid to use intimidation and slander as a means to justify their unfair treatment of myself and my son. Miller Law Inc. has been there the entire time in many aspects, and during times when I just wanted to give up on this fight, I was re-assured that we would be victorious and that we would not be intimidated. I also appreciate the fact that I was able to come to their new location and meet with my team and was impressed that they were "real people" that were ready to fight alongside me and listen to every word I had to say. In the end it would seem that our side is victorious and have since referred others to Mr. Miller and will continue to do so.
