The California Bar Association Code Of Conduct was clearly not followed by Attorney Miller nor his staff Rebecca. After, I decided NOT to retain Mr. Miller for my case his staff member continued to send unwanted Non professional text messages to my phone followed by emails from Mr. Miller stating that if I wrote a false review he would sue me. It's sad that this law firm couldn't take a NO and just move on. I wondered WHY there was no mixed reviews on Miller's review except 1 stating the same thing Miller emailed me. Attorney Miller also stated In one of several emails that he has threatened to sue lots of people and followed through with law suits if someone wrote false things about him. Well the truth is the truth and people should not be afraid to express themselves. People should be allowed to write their truth without being threatened by Attorney Miller. This behavior by Miller Law is not what the California Code of Conduct has set as Conduct for California Attorneys to abide by. I will be writing the California Bar Association about my unpleasant experience with Miller Law Firm.

Rolands team absolutely crushed it. I was facing a potential 3rd dui and they where able to completely get my case dismissed. When it came down to it they new all the right things to say and details to point out. It was like something out of a movie, very impressive! Would HIGHLY recommend them for all your dui needs.

Roland X. Tiemann, Attorney at Law were really great, straightforward, clear and professional. I was looking for a lawyer to take a look into my DUI case. Luckily I asked around couple of my friends and colleagues and they recommended Roland X. Tiemann. My friends suggested them because they were able to help and they did more than he expected them to do. Nonetheless, I can see why I was recommend to them because i definitely felt like they were the best and really worked hard to help me in my case. 10/10 Will be coming back if there’s any legal work that needs to be taken care of.

Roland gets results! My husband has used his services on three different cases (one in Sacramento County and two in El Dorado County) and each time we have been so impressed with what Roland has been able to do for us. We had a terrible experience with this attorney. More interested in settling than actually advocating for her client. I most certainly do not recommend Davia whatsoever, and that's coming from a fellow member of the bar.
