Roland Tiemann is a great attorney I am very satisfied with the work he did on my case. I had a serious DUI case, Roland was very professional in his handling of my case from start to finish. He went to court with me multiple times and fought very hard to ensure I got the very best outcome possible and I was very pleased with the way it all turned out. I highly recommend Roland Tiemann, he is an awesome attorney!! If you want someone who's understanding, easy to talk to, and determined to get you the best possible results for your situation, then I would pick him!! I was looking at a violation of probation for missing my turn in date in Yolo County. I did have a medical excuse but learned from a previous case in Sacramento County that medical excuse or not usually they don't pay attention or care to listen. I didn't have to appear at one court date and Mr. Tiemann was able to get my VOP dismissed and have my original 8 days/alternative sentencing reinstated!! I couldn't have asked for anything more!! I made the unfortunate decision to drive home after a photo gig in Reno during New Years and blew over and faced a DUI. Roland and his office made navigating this experience much easier to handle and deal with. Roland and his associates were quick to respond to questions and helped to lead me not only through the process of dealing with the DUI but also in the process of expunging the DUI from my record. And that's what Erika has set up. She handled my cooperative divorce through mediation in 2017 and the process was swift, amicable, and affordable., as a result of the services she provided. I would encourage every couple to consider this approach before hiring two separate attorneys and incurring the cost and drawn-out process of a more traditional divorce process.

When my ex-wife and I decided to go the mediation route we were unsure if we could make it work. Things were nowhere near amicable, but we knew that the court system would be well beyond our means. We also knew that we needed to move on, not only for us, but for our children. When we met with Ms. Englund the first time she was very clear about our options, answered our questions thoroughly and gave me/us the confidence to move forward. In our subsequent meetings/conversations Ms. Englund served as our guide and left the decision making up to me and my ex wife. The process did not come without disagreements, but throughout the process Ms. Englund was able to steer us back to into moving forward. She is competent, compassionate and above all a true professional.
