I have been very lucky throughout my career and rarely required the services of an attorney until one of my clients tried to breach our agreement potentially costing me a significant amount of money. Fortunately for me, I was introduced to Tom Tavoularis at just the right time when I needed a good attorney. He is an extremely talented, honest and straight forward attorney who literally walked me through the process of filing a lawsuit and ultimately settling the case out of court, for much more then I was originally offered. He’ s fees were very reasonable and he did not try in anyway to “milk” the situation like some attorneys do in order to keep running up their billable hours. Quite the contrary, he coached me every step of the way and advised me in such a manner that we were able to quickly resolve the situation and get me the money that was owed. Tom is also a very down to earth, empathetic, kind, sincere, trust worthy and likable guy who was a pleasure to work with and I have no reservations about recommending him and hiring him again if ever needed. In fact, I can highly recommend him if you want someone who will fight for you and get the desired results.

Tom represented me in a discrimination case regarding a comfort dog. He was professional, experienced, knowledgeable and caring. He was as good as there is in getting the best possible results.
