Dmitriy was a joy to work with. My wife and I are not very sophisticated when it comes to legal jargon. Dmitriy did a great job explaining the documents, the meaning of the verbiage and answering our general questions pertaining to what we wanted. He explained and advised us on the best way to go about it. He was very efficient and quick to turn around drafts. The signing process was very convenient - done at his office with a mobile notary that he coordinates. He also gives you a print out of all the documents and then emails you the electronic copy of the trust as well as the certificate of trusts. He also does a great job of explaining what should be done POST the estate planning - namely, transferring title into trust / bank accounts et cetera / reaching out to doctors and notifying them of the advanced healthcare directive. He was very professional and I would recommend his services to anyone.
