Me and my wife had our case with Cedric. He and Karina are the best. They both were straight forward and extremely professional. Always answered our questions and addressed any concerns we might have in a timely manner. Our case was a success. Would highly reccomend to anyone.

Cedric is amazing! He made the whole process of our Adjustment of Status application so smooth. We had a million questions along the way, and he was always available to answer anything we needed. Initially we were looking for a lawyer who specialized in Canada/USA immigration to guide us through the steps, which is how we found Cedric through online searching, and after our first phone inquiry I was confident that he was perfect for us. With all the paper work and small details being so important when dealing with immigration, you want to make sure you have a professional helping you, and Cedric is hands down the best in the business. My husband and I knew we needed a lawyer to help with our immigration process because I had a complicated situation. After contacting lawyers in our area who basically said we’d either need a waiver or flat out told us I wouldn’t qualify for a green card, we started to look for someone in California and that’s when we came across Maximilian Law. What originally drew us to Cedric’s firm was that he is originally from Canada (like myself, so he’s already super cool lol). Then, after we had the initial consultation with him over the phone we both knew that he was ‘the one’ we wanted to work with. Cedric was honest in making sure we knew all options and the pros/cons of each, then once we decided what we wanted to do, he was there every step of the way answering any questions or concerns we had (and boy did we have a lot!) There were some difficult hurdles to get over and Cedric helped us get through all of them. My husband and I can't thank him and Karina enough for not giving up on us. We know 100% we would not have been able to do this on our own, and can't think of any other lawyer who we’d trust to handle our applications. We’re definitely going to be using them again for the GC renewal or possibility of citizenship down the road!

I believe that when it comes to choosing an attorney, it's not just about his or her experience, credentials, etc. but also the "chemistry" that you feel in your interaction. You want an attorney and a paralegal who you'll feel absolutely comfortable working with and sharing your most personal information. Even though I never met attorney Shen in person and I also did not live in CA, I chose this firm over others near me. From the very first phone call, I had a feeling that the attorney was an honest and respectful person. I also spoke with the paralegal (Ms. Martinez), and she was just as professional and efficient.
