The staff at Maximilian Law is highly professional and knowledgeable on immigration laws, and it was a wonderful experience working with them. From the initial consultation to our most recent correspondence, Cedric has always immediately responded to my concerns. He has made the process very easy to understand and took great care to address all the little details that I would not have thought of otherwise. His team is also very professional and have been extremely helpful each and every time I've connected with them.

Cedric Shen replied me fast on the same day on Feb 12 2018 and requested additional information. After sending the additional info, he never got back to me. I waited for two weeks, and then asked again on Feb 24th and still nothing on Mar 25. I would have appreciated even a clear no to my request. Now I’m left wondering why he wasn’t interested in my Canadian visa case. Waste of time. Edit on March 28 2018: Mr. Shen continued with my case and was extremely helpful. He also replied to my review in the best way. I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Thank you.

After initially contacting 2 other immigration lawyers I can confidently say that choosing to work with Cedric was easily the best decision made for my family and the immigration process. Cedric helped my husband with his naturalization process and helped me with my green-card application. He is very easy to communicate with. You can always reach him anytime if you have concerns. He will answer all of your questions with patience. Every time before important dates, for example, interviews, he would always call a week beforehand to talk about how we should prepare ourselves. He is also very thorough. Even after my green-card application was approved and the interview was done, he would email me to check if everything is alright. We actually live in San Diego rather than Los Angeles, but Cedric managed to make the whole communication process, even when we actually are far away from his office, pretty easy. We are very grateful for his patience and help along the way!!
